Experience the unparalleled flavour of fresh winter white truffles from Alba, Italy — the rarest and most coveted of all truffles. Savour these delicacies in specialty dishes crafted to showcase their unique taste and texture, or add white truffles to items from our existing a la carte menu. While these truffles are available at their peak during the campaign, we may extend the offer based on supply quality. Don’t miss this exceptional culinary experience!
SNACKS
We’re kicking off our white truffle experience with two delectable snacks, each reimagined from our A la Carte Menu and featuring 2g of white truffle per dish. First up is our luxurious Sea Urchin and Alaskan King Crab Toast for S$40.0. Next, indulge in our Charcoal Brioche topped with Burrata and Olive Oil Caviar, priced at S$24.0.
STARTERS
Next, we present you two starters, each featuring 3g of white truffle and offering a delightful twist on our popular A la Carte farmer’s dishes. First up, a confit Australian Leek and Organic Cauliflower, complemented by Poached Egg Yolk and Hazelnuts for S$32.0. Then, indulge in our Japanese Slow-cooked Egg served with Potato Foam, Caramelized Onion, and Croutons, priced at S$32.0.
MAINS
Mains gets generous portions of 4g of white truffle in each main dish. Highlighting classic Italian recipes with a FOC twist! Fresh Tagliatelle S$42.0 tossed in rich and aromatic Spanish Carbonara and Creamy Arborio Rice S$52.0 topped with confit duck, mushrooms, and pan-seared foie gras. Both paired beautifully with the exquisite Italian white truffles from the Piedmont region!
DESSERT
Ending off with a Spanish rice pudding complemented by mascarpone, Chantilly ice cream, and 2g white truffle at S$24.0!
