Four Hands Wine Dinner

A special appearance will be made by Alex Dale, Founder & Managing Director of Radford Dale, who will bring you into the Radford Dale winery experience.

Chefs Juanjo Carrillo and Matt Manning, Chef Owner of Culture Wine Bar on Bree Street and at Time Out Market Cape Town, will present the fourhands dinner at FOC Restaurant. A 7-course Menu featuring 6 exquisite South African labels paired with a gastronomic feast showcasing refined contemporary FOC-ING FINE FUN European cuisine with South African touches.

CHEF JUANJO CARRILLO

Chef Juanjo joined FOC Group in 2019 to lead our culinary team.

Barcelona-born Chef with over 25 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry in Spain, London, Hong Kong and Malaysia, as well as wealth of knowledge from the European and Asian culinary scene.

Juanjo brings with him an immense amount of knowledge, refined culinary skills and Avant Garde pastry-making skills. At FOC he’s marrying his expertise and leadership in the culinary world in both Haute cuisine and pastry-making, with FOC’s FINE FUN FOOD culture.
