Signature Reserve prided its boutique collection offering an exclusive selection of rare and premium whiskeys from around the world, including their exclusive Signature Reserve bottlings born from collaborations with industry legends like Frank McHardy and Stuart Nickerson.
FOC Restaurant is coming to Signature Reserve at Fullerton Hotel from 21 April 2025 – for a limited period only. This exclusive collaboration introduces a short, curated A la Carte small plates menu with Catalan and Mediterranean influences, designed to complement the whiskey experience at Signature Reserve—without being a traditional pairing.
Expect a lineup of signature Spanish dishes, crafted to stand on their own while fitting seamlessly into the refined atmosphere of Signature Reserve. Whether you’re enjoying a neat pour, a cocktail, or just looking for something different, this menu brings a fresh perspective to the whiskey bar setting.
Signature Reserve offers an impressive collection of premium whiskies, but it’s not just about exclusivity—it’s about making fine whisky accessible to all. They’ve made it possible for whisky lovers to enjoy even rare and limited-edition bottles by the glass, offering a chance to sample what’s typically reserved for collectors. The whisky selection boasts over 1,000 expressions, including rare vintage bottles, small-batch treasures, and offerings from boutique distilleries. Perhaps most notably, they feature more than 500 whiskies by the glass, starting at an affordable S$11 for 20ml and S$18 for 45ml.
