FOC Group Brings Ashore ‘El Ronqueo De Atún’ & A Star-Studded Guest Chefs Line-Up To Celebrate The Majestic Tuna.
In an epic ‘Big FOC Tuna’ celebration of 1 immense Spanish Tuna, FOC Group brings together 3 distinctive restaurants, 3 One-Michelin Starred Chefs from Barcelona, and 2 Guest Chefs from Singapore, for 3 exclusive events spanning over 3 days.
Regarded as a gem in Mediterranean cuisine, a whole, fresh, sustainable over 100kg, Bluefin Tuna will be specially brought in by Balfegó, the world’s leading exporter of fresh tuna, for this ceremony. Caught wild off the coast of L’Ametlla De Mar, south of Barcelona, it is highly sought after for its optimal fat content, excellent flavour and quality.

A decadent epicurean experience presents itself on 21st March 2018 in a tuna extravaganza lunch (@$48++) and dinner (@$88++) set menus crafted by Chef Nandu Jubany and Chef Hideki Matsuhisa. The exquisite taste, texture, and versatility of the Bluefin Tuna are extolled in a harmonious medley of Spanish and Japanese creations that reflect the talented chefs’ signature culinary styles.
Complement these with a special selection of wines by the bottle and glass as well as FOC cocktails.
